Use the Beacon designDirector of Customer Operations
Dear Andre,
I am interested in the Director of Customer Operations role at CommonCurrent Energy. Your goal of making household electrification straightforward for customers depends on dependable service as much as on strong technology.
At Evergrid, I brought onboarding, support, and field coordination into a shared operating model. We reduced repeat contacts by clarifying ownership at handoffs and giving frontline staff a direct path to resolve installation issues.
I build teams that can be both kind and accountable. Clear service standards, useful coaching, and honest feedback loops helped our managers respond to customers consistently without turning every interaction into a script.
I would welcome a discussion about CommonCurrent’s growth plans and the customer experience you want to scale. Thank you for your consideration.
Signals of impact
- Led a 68-person service organization across three regions
- Reduced repeat customer contacts by 29% in one year
- Built escalation and field-feedback loops for installation teams
Warm regards,
Nora Whitaker
Director of Customer Operations
