Application: Senior Frontend Engineer
Hi Marcus,
I would like to put myself forward for the Senior Frontend Engineer opening at Lumen Labs. I have spent the last four years making large React applications fast on the devices people actually own, which is exactly the problem your engineering blog describes.
At Cadence I led the migration of a 400-route application to a streaming architecture, and cut the median time-to-interactive from 6.4s to 1.9s. I care about the boring parts too: typed boundaries, tests that fail for the right reason, and a build that stays under a minute.
I would enjoy talking through how I would approach your rendering work. Thanks for reading.
What I'd bring
- Cut median time-to-interactive from 6.4s to 1.9s across a 400-route app
- Built the component library now used by every product team at Cadence
- Maintainer of two open-source packages with 900k monthly downloads
Best,
Priya Raghunathan
Senior Frontend Engineer
