I am excited to apply for the Service Design Lead role at Open Door Health. Your commitment to making care navigable before, during, and after an appointment resonates with my work designing services around people’s real constraints.

At Hearthline Clinics, I partnered with patients, front-desk teams, and clinicians to redesign the referral journey. We combined observation, journey mapping, and small operational pilots so the recommendations changed the service rather than ending as a presentation.

I bring a facilitation practice that gives quieter voices room, and a habit of testing concepts with the teams who will deliver them. The best systems I have helped shape were built with staff, not handed to them.

I would value the chance to learn about your current priorities and share how I could contribute. Thank you for considering me.
